1. About Us
STU Shops (Mirpur 2, Dhaka, Bangladesh) sells football jerseys and fanwear online. By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Acceptance
An order is confirmed when you receive an order number. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or the delivery details cannot be verified. If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount is refunded.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include the product cost only; delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash (Send Money), and bank transfer. bKash and bank orders are processed after we verify the payment against the transaction ID you provide. Unverifiable payments are cancelled and you will be contacted.
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days inside Dhaka and 3–5 working days elsewhere in Bangladesh. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays caused by couriers, weather, or public holidays can occur. Our delivery partner will call the phone number on your order before delivering.
5. Custom Printing
Custom name and number printing is produced exactly as entered at checkout — please double-check spelling before placing the order. Customized jerseys cannot be exchanged or returned except for printing defects or wrong-item errors on our side.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Size exchanges are free within 7 days of delivery under the conditions in our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Product Descriptions
Our jerseys are premium fan-version kits. Product photos are for illustration; minor variations in shade and detailing can occur between production batches.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We may suspend accounts used for fraudulent orders or abuse of coupons.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed events or match days.
