How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days (৳80 delivery fee). Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days (৳150). Delivery is FREE on orders over ৳3,000. Our delivery partner calls you before arriving.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash on Delivery anywhere in Bangladesh, bKash Send Money to +880 1989-959092 (enter the transaction ID at checkout), and bank transfer (STU Shops · City Bank, Gulshan Branch · A/C 0000000000). bKash and bank orders are processed as soon as we verify the payment — usually within a few hours.

How does custom name & number printing work?

Accepted Answer

On any customizable jersey, enter the name (max 14 characters) and number (max 2 digits) on the product page before adding to cart. Printing costs ৳200 per jersey and is heat-pressed in match-style lettering. Note: customized jerseys can't be exchanged unless there's a printing defect.

What if my jersey doesn't fit?

We offer a free size exchange within 7 days of delivery — the jersey must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need. Check the size guide on every product page before ordering: our kits follow an athletic fit, so size up if you prefer a relaxed fit.

How do I track my order?

If you created an account, go to My Account → Orders. Guest orders: keep your order number (starts with STU) and message us on WhatsApp for a status update. You'll also get a call from the delivery rider on dispatch day.

Are your jerseys original?

Accepted Answer

Our jerseys are premium fan-version kits made from breathable quick-dry fabric with embroidered crests — the same designs worn on the pitch, at a fan-friendly price. We quality-check every piece for fabric, stitching and print durability before dispatch.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once the rider has your parcel, you can simply refuse the delivery for COD orders.
