• Payment references: bKash transaction IDs or bank transfer references — never your PIN or account credentials.
• Account data: name, email, phone, and a securely hashed password (we cannot see your password).
• Newsletter email addresses, if you subscribe.

2. How We Use It

To process and deliver your orders, verify payments, handle exchanges, respond to support requests, and — only if you subscribed — send occasional product updates. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. Who We Share It With

Delivery partners receive your name, phone number, and address — the minimum needed to deliver your parcel. If we add analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), they collect anonymized usage data subject to their own policies. We disclose information to authorities only when legally required.

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in to your account. Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
